The Polish Hospital Federation (PFSz) is announcing a call for partners to provide personal and medical data protection services in hospitals. Companies that successfully pass the CAC HCPL audit will receive a recommendation from PFSz and will provide services in accordance with the GDPR Code in healthcare.
Recruitment of partners to provide GDPR services for the healthcare sector – purpose of recruitment
The aim of the competition is to identify and select entities that meet the highest standards in the field of personal data protection in healthcare institutions. Selected companies will undergo a CAC HCPL audit and, if successful, will receive certification and will be able to provide services related to the implementation and maintenance of systems compliant with the GDPR Code in healthcare.
The scope of the audit includes:
✅ Analysis of potential partners – assessment of experience in implementing solutions compliant with the GDPR in the healthcare sector.
✅ Selection of companies that meet the criteria – selection of entities that comply with legal regulations and have the appropriate technical and organisational competences.
✅ Defining certification standards – establishing procedures that selected companies must meet in order to obtain certification.
✅ Implementation supervision – monitoring the compliance of partners’ activities in terms of the implementation of the GDPR Code in healthcare in hospitals affiliated with PFSz.
✅ Preparation of recommendations – development of guidelines for hospitals on the implementation and maintenance of personal data protection systems.
✅ Continuous operational oversight – ongoing monitoring of service delivery, analysis of the number of units serviced, and management of incident and breach data.
Who can participate?
We invite companies and organisations that meet the following criteria to participate in the recruitment process:
✔ Experience in personal data protection and implementation of systems compliant with the GDPR in healthcare.
✔ Technical and organisational competencies necessary to perform the services.
✔ Ability to adapt data protection processes to the specific nature of medical entities.
