How to work with Healthcare Poland — from first contact to market presence
Healthcare Poland operates as an implementation bridge between hospitals, regulators, innovators and investors. Whether you are a technology company entering Poland or the EU, a provider seeking quality recognition, a research institution looking for a clinical partner, or an organisation from outside Europe seeking a point of entry — the route is the same five steps. Each step opens the door to one or more of our twelve value streams and running projects.
01 — Ask
Tell us what you want to achieve: a market, a pilot site, a compliance milestone, a partner, visibility. One message to global@healthcarepoland.pl is enough — no formal application, no fee at this stage.
02 — Diagnosis and due diligence
We assess your readiness and your fit with the Polish and EU healthcare environment: regulatory position (MDR/IVDR, AI Act, NIS2, EHDS, GDPR), clinical relevance, procurement reality. In parallel we run our own AML/KYC and compliance check — every partnership of the Foundation is transparent and documented.
03 — Matching to a value stream
Your goal is assigned to one or more of our value streams and, where relevant, to a running project. You receive a written scope: what the Foundation does, what you do, the timeline and the cost model — grant-funded, partner-funded, or a mix.
04 — Validation in a real environment
Pilots, Living Lab deployments, operational sandbox testing, readiness audits and hospital-side evaluation through our partner network — with hospitals, clinical experts and regulators at the table, not only in a presentation.
05 — Scale and presence
Once validated, we help you stay: introductions to buyers and consortia, participation in EU projects, events and publications, cross-border pathways, and a partner profile on the Foundation’s platforms.
How the system learns
Every project feeds back into the Foundation’s self-learning loop — with the Polish Hospital Federation and our system partners — so that each partner enters a network that has already solved problems like theirs.
