Longevity Center — Longevity 360

Longevity 360 Programme

Longevity 360 is a workplace prevention and longevity programme run by the Healthcare Poland Foundation. It is designed for employers — hospitals included — who want to protect the healthy working years of their teams in a way that is measurable, transparent and funded from the company social benefits fund (ZFŚS).

Why now

Boards and HR departments are facing rising costs of sick leave and staff turnover, burnout as an increasingly common cause of lost productivity, growing expectations for ESG reporting on human capital, and scattered wellbeing initiatives that nobody can measure or account for. The market sells these elements separately. Longevity 360 brings them together into one programme with one strategy, one point of contact and one report.

Programme pillars

The programme standard is organised around eight organisational pillars of longevity. They are aligned with a broader twelve-pillar model that shapes the annual calendar — each month has its own pillar, workshops, webinar and team challenge.

Sleep and recoveryNutritionPhysical activityMindfulness and balanceMental resilienceProductivity and energyPreventive healthPurpose and habits

Four modules

On-site workshopsAn expert series built around the pillars: workstation ergonomics, spine health, nutrition, stress management, mental resilience, healthy sleep, prevention of lifestyle diseases, first aid, functional training and mindfulness.
Healthy OfficeA workplace audit covering ergonomics, air quality, recovery areas, active breaks, meeting culture and hybrid-work policy — ending with a concrete improvement plan.
Longevity AcademyTwelve webinars a year following the pillar calendar, a recording library, short lessons, workbooks and a pillar survey scored at organisation level.
Platform and HR analyticsAn app with an individual plan, team challenges and screening reminders; an HR dashboard based solely on aggregated data.
Discretion principle. Participants’ health data never reaches HR. The employer sees only the aggregate picture, and data processing is preceded by a data protection impact assessment under the GDPR.

Funded from the social benefits fund — at cost

The Foundation runs the social part of the programme as a statutory activity and settles it with an accounting note that includes a transparent calculation of the full per-person cost of the package. The price never exceeds that cost. Employers may pay the note from the company social benefits fund (ZFŚS), and as part of implementation we help prepare an amendment to the fund’s internal regulations.

PackageScopeIndicative cost
BasicPlatform and monitoring, Academy, an on-site workshop at least once a quarter, pillar survey, participant support, quarterly HR reportfrom PLN 45 / person / month
ExtendedAs above, plus a monthly workshop rotating across disciplinesapprox. PLN 85 / person / month
Weekly calendarA workshop day every week at the site — for larger employersapprox. PLN 10,800 / site / month
Healthy OfficeWorkplace audit with an improvement planfrom approx. PLN 2,600

Example: for a 100-person employer, the basic ZFŚS contribution in 2026 is PLN 2,943.23 per employee per year. The basic package costs approx. PLN 4,500 a month, or about 18% of the annual fund; the extended package approx. PLN 8,500 a month, about 35%. Commercial services (including the full digital platform and an executive programme) are provided by a separate operating company under its own contract and invoice — these are not paid from the social benefits fund.

The “Longevity Employer” title

Organisations that meet the programme standard will be able to obtain the “Longevity Employer” title, awarded for twelve months on the basis of a compliance audit. The system is being designed for the requirements that apply from 27 September 2026 (Directive (EU) 2024/825): public criteria, open and non-discriminatory access, an appeals procedure and verification by an independent party.

  • You pay for the process, not the outcome. The fee covers the cost of the audit, and a negative result is not open to negotiation.
  • Separation of roles. People who run the programme in an organisation do not sit on the board that assesses it.
  • Transparency. The standard, the criteria and the appeals procedure are public.

A programme for hospitals

Medical staff are particularly exposed to factors that shorten healthy working life: shift and night work disrupt sleep, lifting patients strains the spine, and responsibility combined with staff shortages drives burnout. We offer hospitals three levels of cooperation: a staff programme funded from the hospital’s social benefits fund, with workshops planned around shift rotas; the “Longevity Employer” title for the hospital as an employer; and the role of a reference centre for the standard, developed together with the Polish Federation of Hospitals.

Programme boundary. The Foundation does not provide or fund healthcare services. We work on the side of staff, the working environment and the organisation; medical services remain with licensed healthcare providers.

How implementation works

  1. A free consultation and choice of path — foundation, commercial or mixed.
  2. An initial workplace audit and pillar survey.
  3. An amendment to the social benefits fund regulations and a workshop schedule.
  4. The first programme cycle and the first quarterly report.
  5. A review of results and a decision on certification.

We measure results on aggregated data: sick leave and turnover in the participating group, quarterly self-assessment of energy and focus, a standardised burnout survey, and workshop attendance. Numerical targets are set individually at the start, based on the initial diagnosis. Each quarter the employer receives a report structured for ESG reporting (ESRS S1 or VSME).

Longevity 360 is currently being launched. A pilot with the first employers is planned from autumn 2026 to February 2027, and the standard for the “Longevity Employer” title, together with the rules of the awarding board, is in preparation.

Programme projects

OsteoStrong — osteogenic loading module in preparation

Extending the physical activity and bone and muscle mass pillars with short sessions on OsteoStrong devices, held at the workplace or at a nearby site. The model under consideration is devices placed at the employer on lease.

Together with an OsteoStrong representative we are developing an offer for employers: scope, billing method and cost-effectiveness for employee groups of different sizes. The module will be included in the programme only with participant qualification and supervision in line with the Longevity 360 medical standard.
