Client Portal

The Client Portal is a closed working environment of Healthcare Poland. It hosts documentation, templates and operational materials assigned to the Foundation's individual value streams. Access is granted personally, limited to the scope of actual cooperation, in line with the principle of least privilege.

What the portal contains

  • Quality, Audit and Certification Centre (CAC HCPL) restricted Certification standards, audit checklists, report templates and the SDAI supplier standard for medical technology and AI vendors.
  • CyberC4HE Coalition restricted Healthcare cybersecurity coalition materials: NIS2 recommendations, exercise scenarios, security policy templates, threat advisories.
  • Innovation Centre (CI HCPL) Market validation of medical solutions, regulatory sandboxes, MedTech Innovation Day and Startup Innovation Day materials.
  • Medical Tourism (MEDiTOUR) Cross-border patient pathways, NFZ reimbursement and the cross-border directive, provider catalogues, operator contract templates.
  • HCPL Academy (EDU) Training programmes, course materials, session recordings, certificates and certification pathways for healthcare management.
  • Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration Centre (CMA) restricted ADR procedural rules, mediation and arbitration clause templates, roster of mediators, fee schedules and application forms.
  • Data Governance restricted Health data governance: EHDS, secondary use of data, DPIA templates, data sharing and anonymisation policies.
  • Green Hospitals and ESG (GHTC) Energy and environmental transformation of hospitals, ESG/CSRD reporting methodologies, case studies and funding models.
  • Coordinated Care Centre Coordinated and long-term care models (ZOL/ZPO), nutritional support, organisational pathways and quality indicators.
  • Longevity Centre (Longevity 360) Longevity and prevention programmes, assessment protocols, materials for organisations deploying Longevity 360 services.
  • Cooperation with the Polish Hospital Federation Joint HCPL and PFSz materials: position papers, public consultations, programmes for member hospitals.

Materials in the portal are intended solely for the designated recipient and their organisation. Further distribution requires the written consent of the Foundation.

Invoices, quotes and billing documents

Clients holding a billing account with the Foundation access their invoices, quotations and transaction history through the separate login below.
