The Healthcare Poland Foundation has joined the Employers’ Association of Green Business Responsibility Initiative (IZOB) as a supporting member. This is an important step towards strengthening cooperation between the healthcare sector, the business community and organisations committed to responsible economic transformation.
Membership of IZOB forms part of Healthcare Poland’s strategic areas of activity, which include the quality and safety of healthcare, digitalisation, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, ESG and circular healthcare.
Joint courses of action
The first of these is representation and advocacy, including participation in public policy-making processes and the preparation of recommendations for the administration. This is of particular importance in healthcare, as regulations, technologies and environmental issues are having an increasingly significant impact on the organisation of care and the development of innovation.
The second area is digitalisation, AI and cybersecurity. Healthcare Poland is developing initiatives related to the responsible implementation of new technologies in healthcare and building the organisation’s resilience to regulatory challenges, such as the AI Act, NIS2 and DORA.
The third pillar is circular transformation and ESG, which involves combining the quality of care with responsible resource management, implementing a circular economy, and developing solutions that support sustainable development.
Healthcare Poland as a partner for responsible healthcare transformation
Joining IZOB strengthens the potential for building cooperation between the healthcare sector, business, technology and public policy.
For Healthcare Poland, it also serves as a broader platform for carrying out joint projects, exchanging best practice, developing skills and participating in national and international initiatives.
